On The Energies…

Happy Lughnasadh, or Lammas! Lammas is one of the 8 solar festivals of the wheel of the year.  It’s a Celtic fire festive.  It’s a time to celebrate the union of the Sun and the Earth, of God and Goddess, which has now produced the First Harvest.  We are celebrating the Gateway into Autumn.  It’s time to prepare for the end of Summer, and the coming of Autumn and even Winter.  This is time to celebrate the fresh fruits of your hard work.  During Lammas it’s one of the times of the year when the veil between worlds is thin.  That means spirits, and fairies walk among us.  It’s a great time to connect with your ancestors or loved ones on the other side.  Talk to them, they always hear you.  August is going to bring a lot of Solar Energies with it.  We are still in the Lions Gate.  This is a time to connect with the energies and the magic.  It’s a great time to be soaking up the Sun.  Lammas is a Festival Of Light.  It’s a time to celebrate.  It’s a time for tapping into abundance.  It’s a great time to be cleaning or clearing the energies.  It’s a great time to be recharging in the energies.  It’s amazing energies for lighting a candle and saying a prayer, or doing a ritual.  Always recommending baking an apple pie for Lammas.
