On The Energies…

Today’s Libra Full Moon is also a Pink Moon.  This Full Moon occurs at the height of Spring and gets its name from the blossoming of the wild pink phlox flower.  Libra is all about finding more balance and harmony within yourself and in your connections with others.  This Full Moon shines a light on where you may need to come back into alignment.  Libra rules over the heart chakra’s energy of love, forgiveness, and compassion.  This Pink Full Moon may bring old wounds to the surface, particularly related your relationships, but it’s doing so for the purpose of deep emotional release and renewal.  If there have been imbalances in your relationships this Full Moon illuminates them.  It’s a great time to reflect on areas where you may feel most nourished and most drained in your relationships.  These energies are trying to help you to heal so that you can create healthier connections based on soul resonance.  This Libra Full Moon also aligns closely with Chiron! Chiron is in Aries (where it’s been for a while), and the Full Moon in Libra is directly opposite Chiron.  This means the energies may be triggering old wounds you still need to work through, or resolve.  Especially wounds around identity (Aries) and relationships (Libra).  Full Moons are about release, and this one is especially about emotional release connected to old hurts.  Chiron also often represents inner child wounds.  A huge focus this shift is all about filling your own needs.  It’s all about healing shadow aspects.  Expect some areas you need to heal and better integrate may be coming up.
