Healing for your energy body and emotional body.  Disruption in our emotional body is the main thing that blocks spiritual awakening.  Heal the wounds that get in the way of your awakening.  Heal the unresolved emotional trauma from childhood.  Healing this wounding helps you to feel more deeply and genuinely.  Let go of stuck negative emotions.  This helps you to not run from your emotions.  Let go of trapped inner fear, anger, and guilt.  Heal and let go of the emotional triggers.  Heal any unresolved childhood trauma, past neglect, and abuse.  Heal the old emotional wounds that lead to fears that can hold you back in life.  People with wounded inner children may experience feelings of emptiness, helplessness, and hopelessness, and feel disconnected from others.  Part of going through any spiritual awakening involves these childhood wounds coming up to be healed.  Heal the deeper buried inner child wounds.  Heal the deeper layers.  Heal and release the trauma.  When our inner child is healthy, and we are connected with them, we tend to be invigorated, inspired, and excited.
