This is 6 coaching sessions.  I do a 30 minute phone call for each session.  I will give you journaling homework.  Insecure attachment styles can cause anxiety, difficulty regulating emotions, and poor social and communication skills. Insecure attachment styles can also lead to difficulty maintaining healthy relationships.  People with an ambivalent attachment style are anxious and preoccupied, and may be viewed as clingy or needy because they require constant validation and reassurance.  People with an avoidant attachment style are dismissive, avoid intimacy, and may have difficulty reaching out to others in times of need.  If you have insecure attachment you won’t be able to have a stable relationship.  I help you heal this.  Insecure attachment is characterized by a lack of trust and a lack of a secure base.  I help heal the so you can better understand the issues your having, and issues within your relationships.  I help you shift into a healthy relationship.
